Hi All. We have a year old hen that is acting sickly (low energy, doesn't want to stand/lays in one spot, when we move her she doesn't want to stand - she just uses her wings as support but she'll perch on your arm if you hold her). We noticed that she was in the position as pictured in the run a couple days ago and brought her into the bath tub to separate her from the rest of the chickens. After doing some research, we thought she was egg-bound, however she laid yesterday. We also checked her for bumble foot and her feet look fine. She has only pooped about 4 times in the last 2 days and they are large green, loose stools.

We've been feeding her scrambled egg, food with probiotics on it and having her drink electrolytes.

Any insight on what might be wrong would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

She isn’t laying, she is about 4 -5 months and won’t eat greens or fruit, but now there is a lot of brownish water …I can even see chunks of pellets, we got her a two weeks ago, but she seems happy and curious with tail up and not lethargic, I’m wondering if it’s the drugs we are giving her as she is on antibiotics our other two died with a fluey thing, we think they came to us sick 😔
