sick hen

i have this sick hen she cannot walk i am baffled and worried tried so many things what can cause this?? she eats and drinks and looks soo healthy found her lying on her side by coop tues,she is away from my other leghorns doesnt seem t b anything broke...what could cause she tries t walk and falls over..year old leghorn..

Lots of things. She may have a fracture that you can't feel, especially if it is in or near her hip. She could have arthritis that makes it too painful to stand. She could have a bone infection or degenerative disease, as in the hip. She could have another illness that makes her too weak or sick to walk, in another part of her body.
