Ok so I 'am new to owning peafowls and I've just got two peachicks today.. One who's name is Rajah seems to be shy but acts healthy and active, and then there's Kathy who doesn't seem to well, her wings tend to droop down and she doesn't seem to eat. I've check the droppings and so far they look normal, nothing watery or any unusual color it's plainly black mixed with little bit of white.

Here's a pic of Kathy( on top of the car vroom vroom) and on the bottom right is Rajah.

Here's a closer look of Rajah(right) and Kathy(left) I plan on separating them both since Kathy's droppings look like it could be black head poop I'm not quite sure to be honest. It's also pretty hot here where I live, the weather today is 98 so they could look down cause of the heat, and that's why I'm keeping them inside the house for now.

Ok actually I have to rephrase everything so it turns out Raja is having poop droppings like this

and Kathy's droppings look like this

Have you already browsed this lovely thread?

Sorry to say I can't give you any advice, but those who can could probably use more information:

Were they just taken from their mom today or? What kind of situation did they come from?
Were they out in the heat at all? In your car? Are they now in air conditioning?
Are they roaming around or do you have them in a box/brooder/or?
Are they eating? If so, what? If not, have you tried giving them treats like mealworms?
Are they drinking at all?

There eating and yes there in cooling conditions right now.I don't much about them since the guy that gave me the peachicks were bought so I wouldn't know much about their parents, from what I've been told they're at least five to four weeks old

They tend to wonder off a bit but they could be stressed out because they tend to stay in the laundry I guess its considered their safe place. And as of drinking I haven't seen them drink. I've only caught them eating their lettuce and game bird food, they also have a little watermelon as a treat. @new 2 pfowl

Their wings are trimmed as well and obviously who ever trimmed them did a bad job at it, making it hard for me to determine their sex but from what I can see the one that has a crest is the male since I noticed more stripes but I can't be to 100 ℅ sure since the wing was trimmed.@new 2 pfowl

When it is very hot , peacocks make liquids poop to lower the temperature of their body! ... like on the second picture.

Have you treated them for cocci? It's one of the things I usually treat new birds for right away.

Make sure you have Corid on hand asap for them, that is what most folks use. It's in the feed store in the calf section usually I think. Chet on top of it or you might lose one.

If you have Oregano oil oil around its good for cocci too, is what I myself use.

I'll make sure I buy some corid then, just how do I make them consume it? Do I just add like three tea spoons of it in there water or do I have to give to them by hand?
