Sick Rhode Island Red????

Hello,
I have a Rhode Island Red, hen, one year old, was laying. She has stopped laying and hides from other chickens. her feet have also turned from yellow to pink. Wondering if these are signs of a sick chicken and would appreciate any advice.

could she be egg bound, you said she is not laying, is this new? check her belly for swelling, egg in there. if she is a warm bath for 20-30 minutes will help to relax her abd muscles and help to move the egg along also lub up her vent with lub or olive oil
