Sick silkie - white mites

Hi I'm Peter I have a black silkie one of its eyes is completely shut and one is barely open I have been putting eye drops in but today noticed white mites on its face and on closer inspection all over her head i have been dusting het but its in a really bad way face is swollen and some blood above one of its eyes s there anything that can be done or is it too late please help!
