I just rewatched - I saw her stumble a little with in the first 60 sec. Have you checked her ear area see if there is any blockage?
I will check.....Her comb and everything else looks fine..... Do you think there might be a possibility of a disease like Merecks??? I wish she wasn't molting so that I could rule out uncomfortable pin feathers...

Thank you so much for tagging! I don't want to lose this little girl.... I appreciate your help so much!!

I've never dealt with mareks. She looks healthy to me as well. My easter egger lays down a lot and puffs up when molting which is a sign of lots of other issues. However, it's just her way of dealing with a molt. She is a sweetie and will usually let me pick her up, but not while molting. So, you just never know.

Okay that makes me feel better :) My last molting hen couldn't lay down her pin feathers were so painful.....
I will definitely check her ears though

I checked her earlobes, both sides, and don’t see anything….I even looked inside!

Did you move the flap of feathers and check the ear hole? Also, I know it's normal on some, but does the white stuff rub off of her ear lobes or is that just her coloring?

Yes I looked in her ear holes. I couldn’t get pictures, since I had to use two hands to hold her and move the feathers. I didn’t see anything stuck in the ear holes…Just veins (I am assuming that is what the dark small lines were on the skin that made up the ear holes.

The feathers that cover her ear holes are very hard to move away to see the hole itself. More so than my other hens.

I rubbed her earlobes and the white does not come off. It is just her coloring

That's good. Hopefully someone else will have some ideas. Since she is doing so well at this point I wouldn't worry too much.

Okay. I guess her odd walk might be discomfort from all the pin feathers….She has them basically everywhere underneath her wings, neck and such.
Thanks for all your help!! I hope you have a good rest of the day😀
