Somehow, I'm reminded of my reaction to Critter asking me how I felt about Milo getting a go-cart for his 6th birthday . . . . As I recall, it was, "Over my dead body!"

Didn't work with the go-cart either - the next year, Critter bought one without involving me in the decision-making process at all.
