I haven't had a real Christmas since I was 6. The fake tree went into storage all those years back and nobody bothers with presents anymore.
I don't mind too much, but I sometimes wonder if we could be having a little bit more fun...

I imagine 45 is a bit tough to deal with.

I guess my head is just spinning from milestone overload. This year my oldest graduated high school and turned 18 and is enlisting in the army. Now my little one has turned 16 and gone on her first date in the same week. Did I mention the boy has a mohawk ?

My 17 year old grand daughter is dating a clean cut all American boy type - Mohawk or not, it sure is not easy.

Although I do enjoy the anxiety it causes my SIL.
