Sign Stolen?

Alright, now that is out of my system. As much as I LOATHE country music, my husband forces it down my throat sometimes. LOL

Ya know, I have to give kudos to the preacher from the church I attended as a child. He refused to allow any "christmas" decorations at the church. He made a point of talking about how christmas is a secular holiday, NOT a religious one and that the bible does not ask/tell us to celebrate the birth of christ. So yeah, the christmas tree is not a christian symbol. Never was though it has been taken that way. I, personally, LOVE my Solstice trees.

I try not to use the word respect too much - it is overused, in many cases (not slamming your answer, I liked it, actually).

I think I would replace "respect" with "Courtesy" or "courteous"

personally, I don't "respect" what a lot of religions teach, but I am courteous to those who follow said religions - sometimes even when they are not courteous to me.
