I have sent you a PM hoping that I can clear up your confusion. So how is it that you have been showing and selling if you are not NPIP? Seriously, if one excludes one's self by not being NPIP, then how have you been doing it? Funny, I know several exhibitors that are not NPIP.
OH, and just wanted to add that this is an excellent question!
If you do not have a flock NPIP, then you can get the 90 Day NPIP, it doesn't last as long as the year flock number and is limited to specific birds you will be selling and showing. The 90 Day is much preferred over the yearly flock number because it is most current. Most shows require the 90 Day over the yearly. This is done on the same form. So every 90 days, I am getting tested again. It's much more involved than just doing the yearly, but for what I'm doing, it's worth it.
