I have a silkie cockerel that dances the same way in this video at me and at other people. What does it mean and is it normal? Should I stop it?

Yes, it’s a normal behavior. He’s is doing a flirty flirty dance. It’s not unheard of that he is flirting with people, but next time you might want to give him a gentle push away from you.

The dance has a few different meanings.

It's used as a Hello, or greeting.

It's used as a Mating Dance.

It's also used as a show of dominance.

(Wing Clapping is used as a Hello/Greeting too) also as to show their ranking in the flock.

Yes. But I think he's either flirting or trying to be dominant here.
