Silkie Earlobes

Ok...possibly 'dumb' question: do ONLY the roos have blue earlobes in silkies? Or can pullets have blue earlobes as well? Just looking for any other possible way to tell gender while they get bigger and bigger on me!

Both sexes are SUPPOSE to have them. Otherwise, it's a DQ.

Ok thanks. I knew the roos NEEDED to have the blue earlobes...but started to get freaked out that ALL my birds are starting to get blue earlobes! (I can't have ALL boys!)
still waiting for those eggs now!!!
Is it possible for a silkie pullet to go broodie BEFORE starting to lay any eggs?

It's possible but not very often. They usually lay a bit first. If you need help sexing them, you can always post pictures.
