I'd wait. They could still turn out to be a pullet. Since they have a single comb, they could just be appearing masculine because of that.
 
In the case of cockerels, yes.

Huh. So this, for example, is a pea comb?

Age here is ~ 3 months.

Not arguing I just want to get it straight cause I'm so confused. I didn't realize pea combs could have high serrations like this...though I've only really had two breeds with them (Brahmas and Ameraucanas).
