That's is a cockerel and not a pure silkie! I don't even see the black skin, toes, or beak that is silkie.
I don't believe that's a silkie at all!

I thought the legs looked black but yes it is obviously a mix.

Yeah, we moved the other little ones in with the adults and we're building a new coop soon, so the old one will be used for the chicks.

I could use your all's help with my silkie babies. I hatched them out on Easter and can't decide if they are boys or girls. :/ The Showgirl came from non-showgirl parents so I guess that was a rec trait that popped out. Awesome surprise.

Opinions? I'm REALLY hoping they are all girls as I got them to be my future incubators. lol Plus they are so cute and fluffy I'd hate to have to get rid of them.

I'd have to say all girls. All my silkie roos had very thick & defined combs and ginormous feet by time their heads were that fuzzy. I don't see that on any of your photos
