Hahah wow another silkie thread!
I have 6 black silkies (im selling at least 4 of them though, as they arent very good, wrong earlobe color, poor heard, etc.) and im looking for some silkie breeders nearby.(im in AZ)
My silkies:
Bubbles: Man in charge. Horrible head/comb, but a real sweetheart.
Lolita: Little lady. Beautiful feathering!
Chad: The baby rooster, my personal favorite chicken of them all.
Licorice: The scaredy cat.
Amoretta: The pretty one. Ok head, beautiful feathering, good size, nice earlobes.
(not a silkie, but part of the group anyway
Laffeyetta: The Leghorn roo-turned-hen, whose "Mom" was a silkie hen.
I am fairly new to silkies and this chick has changed colors since I got it. It was very dark silver, now it has white wings and silver back and chest. It has a silver crest on its head also, but one of the other chicks dunked its head in the waterer so it is kind of hard to tell.
