I was hoping the answer would be that only blacks would show the sheen !! Guess the only way to find out is to breed them with what I think are black hens !!

A gynandromorph is an organism that contains both male and female characteristics.
 
Chimera is I think what you mean. Not gynandromorph

Chimera in genetics can mean expressing 2 opposing genes, humans have been born almost literally split down the middle - one half is pale/white the other half of their body black/dark skinned. Seems that is what your silkie cross is expressing. very neat bird!
