Silkie thread!

I've messed with the knee joint many many times, I can't tell any difference from the other leg.  so, ok. I shall try my oil of oregano for it.  I use that for an antibiotic/antifungal.  worth a try I suppose!

Arnica Montana is a very effective painkiller. There are arnica products available in many forms. I give pillules to my horses and goats. They are very good for soft tissue damage. It is also available in arthritis cream. Perhaps if you were to use the cream on the joint and a little baby aspirin in water to relieve the pain.

Another question...I was given this little frizzle today that the lady said was a rooster...but I'm almost positive its a hen, and I'm thinking about putting her in with my silkies. Which color of rooster should I put her with to get splash, paints etc. I have a splash, white, buff and lavender rooster. Lol or what would be pretty? Thanks again!!

Splash. Then you can get blue. but that isall you can breed "her" to to get recognized colors. Is she a sizzle? or a frizzled cochin?

He has been looking better! No runny nose, nothing wrong with his eyes, but he is a tad aggressive to the chicks, I believe that's normal though. I reckon they barely eat when they get sick because he was eating half the day yesterday.
