Silkie thread!

My white silkie often gets 'blackness' in her hair but it's usually just dirt. You could always use normal saline (0.9%) which is the liquid that people have in their blood. I'm not sure if this would affect their eyes but it should be okay.

Any ideas on this boy's color? He hatched out as solid white and slowly started turning gray in his tail. Thinking splash but he doesn't have the typical splashing on other areas of his body. He's also only 5 months old so there's time for that to change. Thanks in advance!

Nooo. The place i got them from said there's a 90% chance the chicks are Female. I must be a ve ry unlucky person haha.
How do you come about that conclusion I'd you don't mind me asking?

Tail feathers look streamer-like

Can't see this one very well

Streamer tail feathers, slicked back crest, large comb and wattles

Not as noticeable on this one, but looks like a slightly lesser version of above description
