They are 2 ½ weeks old now...all satins.

This is Daisy! I think someone said she's recessive white...unfamiliar with that as well.
Is Macy recessive white as well? Or would she be considered white?

This is Bluey my favorite...never seen a coloring like this and super excited! I think @LynnaePB said it looked mottled the first couple days.
Any thoughts on how it might look as it grows out? Unfamiliar with mottled.

Hard to tell with certainty, but likely both recessive whites. Unless the breeder had any paints, then they could be dominant white.

What little cuties!

The little buff x gray penciled color wise will probably end up somewhere between buff and partridge looking (that little cutie is pretty light, it might favor buff moreso but it is always tough to tell from chick down). Because buffs are gold based and grays silver since dad was gold and mom silver that little cutie frizzle baby you have there should be a little girl too as she is definitely looking gold based.



Aww they are just adorable! Looks like you've got a nice variety of colors there too!

Hotaru update (and the blue girls, Kumori and Sora). I was working on another island for 4 days and hadn’t seen them and they just seem so huge all of a sudden! Just under 7 weeks. Need to get them moved out of the outdoor brooder to a bigger space, it’s just so wet, miserable weather lately.
