I figure as long as they’re not suffering, it’s worth a try to help them.
It's a bit difficult because the chick is with a broody. The other chicks are pecking at him tooThe little hobbles only work for splay leg I thought? If it’s broken it needs to be splinted. I don’t have high hopes for my little one. I have to feed her every two hours she’s not able to eat or drink on her own but does seem to have an appetite. Photo below is just now she’s having a rest I took off the splint because it makes her foot swell a little bit. The little bed that she is in has two holes for her legs so they can hang down into a cup. It’s called a “chick chair“, I made it with a KN95 mask and a plastic container. Gives her a little break off her feet. She was doing the exact same thing your little one is doing not able to walk when I tried the hobbles and just face planting.
Hoping of course she’ll recover but who knows.
I hope you can figure out how to help your little one.

I posted in emergency and casportpony suggested wrap the leg in bent position so I'll try that with vet wrap, problem is he can't bend it in his own so hopefully I can get it wrapped in position but it's very hard on a tiny chick!
