hi
is anybody able to please give us advice with silver laced cochin bantams
we have done our first cross
very typey black cochin female and a silver laced wyandotte bantam
young cockerel
we would love to talk or get some mentoring on are we going the right way
we have breed our own line of columbian cochins we started in 2004 with good results and have birds we can show this season
still need work on there frontal skirt but there is only 3 breeders including us that we know off in new zealand
so the judges won't growl to much [we hope]
with the silver laced we know it could take 5/8 years to get the result we would like to see because of using to wyandotte SL
any help would be excellent

Hi nzpouter tried today could not get the images onto the post
Help please:even the smiles are only coming up as the word:barnie

for the smilies you just need to put a space on each side, as in they cant be right next to a letter, then they will show the face

I dont think I can be much help with answering your genetics question though. Love those Pekins though.
