Hi, welcome to BYC!*sigh* at 21 weeks we have CROWING It was all looking ok ... but I'd already contacted the seller about the wrong colouring and was getting an exchange (she had hatched them from eggs from another breeder). Those pointed neck feathers were the earliest sign that all was not girl!!!

Did you get opinions on male or female earlier? Just curious to accuracy.
It's nice that the breeder is going to change with you. But what is wrong with the color?
Usually the first sign of males in a laced Wyandotte is actually blotchy white bars on the wings instead beautiful clear lacing. Usually by 8-10 weeks.
