Silver Linings Chronicles!

My daughter is 31, and I live here by her good graces, lol! So, I try not to push it too much. ;)
Oh! I turned 30 earlier this year, and my husband and I live on my grandparents' property as they are elderly and need someone here for emergencies. They also love to snuggle the ducklings, so it helps. How many ducks do you have?

Currently, 30. But that can change easily, lol!

I found someone to take my extra drakes, trading them for ducklings.

Also a total of 11 chickens, and 18 bunnies of various ages.

Oh, and six cats, one dog, and two gerbils.

Oh my goodness! I understand, I was supposed to have 5 ducklings initially and now I have 9... and I already want more 🤣 We have 5 dogs, and we used to have a chameleon but unfortunately she was very stressed by our dogs and we ended up finding her a much happier home where she didn't have 5 sets of puppy eyes staring at her all the time.

In the future when we have more space, we plan to have 2 mini highland cows!

Just sharing some Friday night snuggles with all of you (not pictured: Tilly, who was sleeping on my husband

Yea doesn’t last long does it??
No! And for some reason, no matter what I do, they just keep growing and so do their poops 🤣 but really, George and Tilly can now pop their heads above the lip of the brooder bin and yell at me. Which they do, frequently. We were going to try and finish their house this weekend, but we just had a hurricane touch down off the coast and could potentially be getting several months to a year's worth of rain in just 3 days. The older ones are 3.5 weeks, and the younger are 2.5 weeks, and I can tell they're tired of being in the bin. Also, they get hot really easily 😥 sorry for the rant, just feeling frustrated.
