A perfect example is my newbie friend, who let the folks at the feed store talk her into buying all this stuff for her 3 day old chicks that is just wrong wrong wrong. The lady told her to use straw for bedding and got her to buy an entire bale. (Which I then traded her for the woodchips she should have gotten for babies that small. The lady also got her to buy full sized feeder and water can.... which sure, she will need in about 2 months, but not at that age....so I had to take her to a different feed store and get her all the things the other lady should have sold her.... chick feeders/ waterer, chick sized grit, chick feed. I was so ****** at that lady for taking advantage of my friend. Many people do "research" by asking people that:/ they think will give them sound information.
