I'm on very slow free wifi, when I load a BYC page, I can not navigate to any other BYC page until the page I'm on finishes loading. With picture heavy pages this can be 10+ minutes. This is not an issue with any other website I've been on.

If it was site-wide, we'd probably be getting a flood of reports from hundreds of members.

@barred2rock, it's probably a problem with your browser, or plugins, or some combination and how it's interacting with BYC... maybe even a particular ad on BYC.

I'm sorry you're having this issue, and suggest you do the following:

1) Read this thread on how to troubleshoot and report issues:https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/how-to-troubleshoot-report-problems.1173246/

2) If the troubleshooting tips don't help, come back here and provide us with:

• Are you on a computer, tablet, phone.
• If phone / mobile, which model? If computer, which operating system and version?
• Which browser and version are you using (eg., Chrome 58.0.3029, Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
• Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
• Have you tried a different browser?
• What EXACTLY did you do? Document the steps you took before having the problem.
• Copy/Paste the exact error message you received (screenshots are best).

Why did the tag not work? In the post below I tagged three members. Lamarshfish just verified he did not get an alert? DK about the others. Any advice appreciated.

First releases cause a lot of worry. Surely the fact that his mate is in your loft is a plus in getting him to return. And he has probably not gone far. Do you make a noise like shaking seeds in a can or whistling when you feed? Have you tried to call him back that way? He may well return when you feed in the evening. How long have you had them?

The Tags worked..they are blue.
They may not have gotten alerts because they have their alert preferences turned off?
