"Let's be careful out there"

We have recently discovered Blue Bloods. What a gem. We watch the earlier episodes whenever they are rerun. I have season one of Hill Street Blues but you are right, very pricey.
and now--- I dont even watch the DishNetwork we pay for the basic package, on Wed, Forged in fire and Thur, Mt Men

Our first Doberman used to get those open red sores on the bottom of your jaw too. It was like an ingrown hair that turned into a big pimple and broke open. Vet said to just clean it up and try (ha ha) to keep her out of the dirt until it healed over. I don't know if it's the same as what your dog has.

I bottled my batch of bootch this morning. 25 bottles sitting in the cupboard for 3-4 days, then into the fridge.

as soon as my health hiatus is over, I am making fresh nettle kombucha, I have made it for years,
I just stopped for a while. My NP Dr. has her B.S. from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA, where she double majored in biology and exercise science and more
but, she said she examined the yeast from homebrew and store bought and found it to cause inflammation in the joints, the yeast, so we decided to put off kombucha for a while and see if it helps.

😳

Let me know what you find out, please. I drink a lot of this stuff. It's my "water is too boring right now, it's too hot for coffee, and I don't want to drink that much pop" beverage.

I try to drink a lot of water, but sometimes, like at least once a day, I want something with flavor, a little sweet, and some fizz.

the fermentation eats up all the sugar, kombucha is high in B-12, other than meat, fermentation can get you your B-12, as with all thing to much is not always better.
kombucha also creates alcohol, some make kombucha champagne,
I add things like ginger, pumpkin spice, nettle, rosemary,
there is quite a bit of research on line

One idea that I have done in the past is using flavored basalmic vinegar in carbonated water from my soda stream!

that device is by far the most used small appliance in my kitchen. I filter my own water so no plastic bottles. There is a wonderful olive oil/basalmic vinegar store locally. I’m just finishing up my Honeybell orange and going to open a bottle of apricot basalmic today.
