This has to be some of the best weather we during the year.

The humidity is way down and the air has a slight chilly feel to it which makes it wonderful for me as I am able to breath better.

I am so glad, you had a rough summer

I'm going to try to get some of the Thanksgiving cook-a-thon done tomorrow, to take some of the stress off Thursday. If it can get cooked a day ahead and sit in the fridge, I'll do it. I might have to get creative with packaging stuff to fit in the fridge. That's what Ziploc bags are for right?

Well I did it hahahah
I went a head and got the pie baked- tossed together some stuffing, green bean casserole, gravy and 2 yams
left overs tomorrow will be yummy

Here is what I have completed so far. I kept the front open for now until it really gets going then the front panels will go up. Plus, the coop is about 30 feet from the house and I like looking out the window and seeing the ladies. Please let me know what you think, I’m always looking to make things better. The run needs more roosting space or levels for the girls to have fun in. Again, would love ideas.

I noticed the panels reflect more light into the run so they should benefit from some added warmth from the sunshine. This was my first stab at a real coop and just want the girls to be safe and happy.

great that you have a gate to the run . How is the coop part set up?
This is something like what we are going to do, a roof covered run, just extend the unroofed run out more for a bigger run space.
