After church I made tacos, we have been on a strict- dont feed the cancer and a you have heart failure diet.
I have lost 22lbs and DH 20.
These make a great taco and nice treat.
We are not eating sugar in any form except, fresh or frozen organic blueberries , strawberries and pineapple.
zero grain / flour, [no bread or traditional pasta- I buy the chick pea pasta and we have it once or twice a month] We shoot for no carbs
LOW sodium [we use redmond sea salt if we use any] we read all labels and don't get food with high sodium-
[no potatoes, corn, peas, [no high carb veg],
the only dairy DH eats is-
Nancys probiotic low salt cottage cheese, he adds flax seed oil it and an avocado
[I like sardines mixed with it] and we use Alexandre plain grass fed kefir,
he uses So-Delicious coconut milk in his whole lemon, wheat grass, blueberry kefir smoothie.
I make chicken, turkey and beef bone broth
we eat grass fed beef, organic chicken and wild caught salmon , cod
we do bake a yam every once in a while
we have mixed greens salad- raw kraut, I chop up veg for salad topping and
hard boil eggs [ which I need to do a dozen today]
I did this on Saturday, celery, red bell pepper, red cabbage, carrots, red onion, cilantro

that's a about it
oh, and h eats raw pistachios
So what's for dinner?????
Monday, we have dinner by 4pm,
Hamburgers
Salad with all the hamburger lettuce and tomato , onion, DH uses plant based cheese,
I mix primal avocado mayo, organic ketchup and mustard with balsamic vinegar for salad dressing
