I just turned to my hubby and said I’ll wash the chickens in the kitchen sink.
He said “In the sink?”
“In the Kitchen??”
“ The Chickens???”

Nice thread. I recently list my one a d only leghorn, Margo. She was a brown leghorn, top hen, and matched some of the characteristics I read about here! She loved to cuddle with me, but was bossy with the flock. I have a 7-week-okd California white, which is half white leghorn. She us the friendliest of the chicks. Just kinda neat to see some similarities in this thread.

So, its been since march that the chickens last got washed-- So today I got 4 of the -- boy did they have poopie butt-- I figured I had better get them cleaned up before the weather get to hot and all the flies come out. The hens did great-- but Miss Ziva,,wanted to play, and couldn't understand why I wouldn't let her.... She is 9 months old tomorrow, I took this photo 3 days ago
