Broody hen #1’s eggs
2 dark brown eggs get a yes look like day 11/12 in the pic below
2 dark brown eggs get maybe look like day 9/10 ?11
Broody hen #2’s eggs
2 light brown eggs get a maybe look like day 9/10
1 light brown egg gets a probably not look like day 7/8

Its all of 51 out. I took some beach towels out to the coop and cloths pined them around the broody cage to hopefully keep some heat in.

We thought about it yesterday but just turned the heaters on. That took the edge off.

Good morning! Sitting in the chicken yard this morning! Which means it’s not raining. We did get a good soak the past two days, my garden is loving it! My potatoes are blooming and they are the tallest plants I ever remember having!
