Wouldn't it be great if your body had warning a system that warned you to stop doing something BEFORE you overdid it?

Something like this:

Beep beep beep! Sally, don't lift that wheel barrow load! It's too heavy, it's going to dump to the side, and you're going to twist something in your back!

Or something like this:

Ding ding ding! Sally, you have two minutes to go on the elliptical. Don't push it, because you'll torque your knee.

On second thought... that probably would require an AI implant. I don't want one, not even if it had the warning system.

I had my grandson for the weekend- so haven't been able to check in. We've had a beautiful fall, and are expecting some wonderful weather, these next few days. I need to finish my fall clean-up and plant my garlic.

My Addie Mae (from my original brood of chickens) passed away, over night. She was my little sweetheart. I wished I could've held her and comforted her more, but couldn't with my grandson here. I put her in a padded box in the bathtub and snuck in to her when I could get away. I didn't want her to feel abandoned. She was such a good girl ♡

I had my grandson for the weekend- so haven't been able to check in. We've had a beautiful fall, and are expecting some wonderful weather, these next few days. I need to finish my fall clean-up and plant my garlic.

SO,,,,,,, Here is what I actually ended up doing on Saturday. the other chore i didnt want to do but had to because it was going to rain for the next 3 weeks,
I started at 10am and was done by 1pm -3 hours of hands and knees pulling all the weeds in the bed and on the edges, pulling up the jalapenos and tomatoes. It rained off and on.



then i got want was left of my down-to-earth old stuff and spread that on


then used the hand plow


and by 1:45 was all done
I still need to prune up the herb plants and put the trimmings in the compost. BUT NOT this week but I dont mop
