luckily, I am a calm and reasonable sort

unluckily for him and all of his younger brothers.... they will never again have the amount of fun time and freedom that they previously enjoyed




also... I had spring, I actually had an appointment today to talk to the road guy about road work.... we had to cancel, because there is NO MORE ROAD.

I have to say I miss the snow. Of course when we lived there, we didn't have farm chores to deal with.

Judging by the fickle nature of the month, I always thought that April was 'she'.

Went to sleep to a thunderstorm. Woke up to a half foot of snow.

Glad all the injured baby fuzzy butts are doing well, sorry for the drowning, what bad luck!

Talked to a couple realtors yesterday. Boy do they get a bunch of $ for selling your place!
Now that we know everything, I don't know how we are going to pull this thing off. If we do sell this place,
where the heck are we going to go until we find another place with a dog, a cat and a flock of chickens???

Invest in an old stock trailer... You could partition off for dogs and cats and chcikens. Then where ever you go you can either sell the trailer or convert it to a full on chicken coop. I have seen some really cool horse trailer/stock trailer chicken coops on line.

There are hotels that allow dogs and cats... But you could find a rental that allows livestock...
