So is coffee flour made from bleached coffee beans or is it ground up beans or ground up beans added to white flour or -- why call it flour? -- is it just pulverized instant?

Can you imagine a chocolate chip cookie made with coffee flour? They'd probably have to scrape you off the ceiling.
