Salt is sometimes required in coffee.....

My mother used to put some salt in with the coffee grounds.

When I get really bad, or use to while working at a some truck stop or café, instead of complaining I just added salt to make it drinkable....I went elsewhere for my second cup though.

Huh..... I am trying to wrap my mind around the idea of salt in my coffee. Hummmm

I am going to try it next time I have been served a bad cup of coffee... hey, I will try it on my husband's coffee.
He makes bad coffee.

He puts the coffee in the drip basket the night before. All the volatile oils have dissipated by the time he wakes up and makes it.

I was never a fan of it, but I never hated it until I had Keurig, Now I can not palate it.

I never mentioned it to him but once. I figured after that he has the information, if he wants better coffee he knows how to do it, anything else is just nagging.

Actually got to kick back and enjoy my coffee instead of rushing out first thing to take care of the girls because,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I had to wait for the snow to melt first!
