Oh, I pictured a Kodiak or Polar bear beating the heck out of a basket of eggs, and then, "OK, these are battered by me."

It was amazing... They somehow managed to take a poached egg and perfectly batter and then fry it, so it had the crunchy shell, but the middle still had the warm runny yolk!


Such happiness!!!!
