Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

Fair wee was fun but exhausting. I am very glad to be back on my normal busy schedule.

Coffee is much needed this morning.

I was able to expand my btooder box yesterday and purchase wire for a new fence we will be putting up. That is about all that I was producive with last week.:th

Had a funnel cake. We ate Thai food most nights as there was a local vender there that sold it. I am very vegetable defficient, lots of junk food.

Our Lions Club sells and takes tickets at one of the gates at the Georgia National fair in October every year. We always get plenty of fair food before it is over. Peach Cobbler is my favorite.

When I was a younger person I had friends that would show their horses at the Del Mar Fair... Or San Diego County fair. Because the horse show part was a three or four day affair I always tagged along to help. Once on the fair grounds wed stay in a camper or set up cots in a spare box stall. Then GAME ON.... LOL.

After the showing part wed roam the fair grounds for free. The whole thing is held at the Del Mar Race track. And we were in our early twenties so we had lots of fun working our way up through the fair at our liesure. Lots and lots of fun. and it was nice to have a place to collapse and even nap...

Well as I was drinking my night time coffee.... I managed to lose my mind! I have 2 dozen eggs coming in to hatch. What was I thinking? I bought 12 silver laced Wyandotte eggs and 12 heritage Rhode Island Red eggs. My DW is going to kill me. The madness doesn't stop there.... My bator is full of duck eggs, so now I'm going to have to buy another incubator for these eggs coming.
