I slept in today--got up at 6:15

I am baking Alaskan sourdough bread today!

As to ER visits...ah, whatever...

We have had a goodly number of those... None in the last year though,

I always tell the boys that most things can be fixed, just do your best to:
1. Not scramble the brain
2. No eye injury
3. No death


Stitches and broken bones are fine, but during office hours is best.

Getting busted up means you were having fun! At least, that is what we say at our house.

The bread is raising and then will need to be shaped. I am going to clean out the cockerel cages and then time the pie and cookies to cook after the bread comes out.

I took a lady at work a dozen eggs and she brought me a whole lemon pie. It took a lot of arm twisting to get me to accept it. But it was delicious. I liked that better than bakinf it myself.

It was quite a baking day! I really like baking so it was all good. Now we will have bread and goodies for a while.

Now it is time to pressure cook a pot roast.

I have a chicken track on my forehead and several other scars to remind me of those things.

I have a semicircular scar on my forehead that I got before I can remember. I fell on one of the old vacuum packed coffee cans before I ca remember. A vertical crease has appeared on my forehead in the later years that crosses it and makes a perfect chicken foot print.
