Did someone say COFFEE??!!

I make mine one of 2 ways, the aeropress I got myself for Solstice (and a backup) or the Scandinavian egg coffee that I saw on fresheggsdaily.com blog, which uses less coffee grounds than the aeropress, and a fresh egg from my pullets.

3/4 c coffee grounds
6c water boiling
1 fresh egg
Mix coffee grounds and smash egg and mix until the coffee grounds resemble wet potting soil, add to boiling water and put lid on pot, take off heat, steep 3 min, asd 3 ice cubes, stir, strain.

I like the oils it leaves on top of the coffee. My Facebook feed reads, coffee, chickens, gardening, cooking and homesteading/sustainable living stuff. My friends feel compelled to tag me with anything chicken or coffee related.

YOU KNOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW JUST WHAT TIME EVERYONE GETS UP  IN THE MORNING AND WHAT TIME YOU GO TO BED
 AND IF YOU STICK TO IT TO HAVE THAT CUP OF COFFEE AND WHAT BRAND DO YOU USE            

I get up when I want lol usually around 7 but sometimes I nap and sleep in. My favorite brand of espresso is Moka Joe free trade organic Sumantra blend.
I got my chicks at midnight last night so it was definitely a coffee morning!
