Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

I cant go along with the banning cars thing, I just dont think walking every where with my 3 yr old granddaughter would be much fun. and biking with her nope not that either. Hauling lumber for my chicken coop on a bike? nope

Sorry

One of the islands near here doesn't allow motor vehicles (doesn't apply to emergency vehicles, of course). Most of the folks that own houses there also own golf carts, which gets us right back to the polluting power plants.

all combustive engines pollute....   even if its only in the form of heat.  anyone who tries to sell "this is the best ever" is trying to make money off their widget or process or what ever....

Even Electric cars while its not obvious they do pollute...  unless your filling station at home is powered by solar energy...

Then there is the whole what do we do with the batteries deal.    Talk about pollution...  I worked in the battery industry for about a year....  :th   Lead, Hydrochoric acid in liquid form or paste form...  thats just standard batteries...

Lithium batteries have their own pollution issues.

so...  we have to think down the line...  Probably one of the best sources of power is either solar or nuclear...

Right now there are nuclear batteries that generate electricity without neuclear reaction.

pretty interesting stuff going on in the think tanks around the world.  People just dont hear about it in the mainstream.

I agree with the solar power, it would be perfect to use it. What I meant with the sugar cane gas was that it hurts the planet less than regular gas

Ok so this is Vipers old dog house so I figured I would try to make it into a small coop for the kennel. When the baby Cochin are done using it I plan on putting the scattery chickens in it. It is a weird construction after starting to take it apart but I will keep you posted I plan on using just the stuff I have laying around the house and garage.

Was Viper a dog or a very large termite?
