Yep, we got less than 2" of the beautiful stuff, that clung to everything, overnight. Unfortunately, it was on top of over an inch of rain which laid down a wonderful thick coating of ice on everything midst a nice strong wind so it wasn't just the ground that got coated. I had to literally break the carabiners and latches loose this morning to get into the coop and greenhouse. Of course the girls wanted nothing to do with putting their delicate, spoiled toes down on anything that wasn't covered with strawI keep looking at that photo and thinking that that has the tiniest amount of snow.... Like a dusting if powdered sugar.
