I am a first time chicken mom . I have one hen that was already laying when i recieved her. Ialso have some Australorps and buff orpingtons that were not yet laying. I gathered eggs the other day and in the nest was a tiny brown egg. The ? is are eggs smaller when its a hens first time of laying ???? Or could it possibly just be a bird egg Thanks for the replies !![IMG][IMG]
