Sleep tracking watches

I was on a trip about a week ago, where I didn't use a screen much, and the sleep problem persisted. I have tried taking melatonin, that helped me fall asleep faster, but the issue has persisted. I also don't use screens right before I go to sleep, and before that I use the "night mode", which shifts the screen to a warmer tone. I'm sorry, but quite frankly, quitting BYC isn't going to solve a sleep problem that I've had since I was a young child. There is a very clear pattern which is very consistent with a circadian rythim sleep disorder.

Hopefully the sleep appointment helps figure out what will help you.

Get a Fitbit.

Both my nephews developed sleep problems, one leading to fairly serious attention deficit syndrome.
It is absurd to suggest that a sleep issue can be the cause of a "syndrome" like ADHD, which is neurological. Sleep disorders can lead to similar symptoms due to sleep deprivation, or can worsen the symptoms of pre-existing conditions, and are more common in individuals with neurological conditions like ASD and ADHD, but sleep disorders won't ever "lead to" neurological conditions.

It's your life CarCharacin. :)

It is counterproductive to blame this on something as simple as a mismatch of environmental factors.

This conversation could easily be supportive. Not sure why it had to turn belligerent when certain personalities entered the chat.

James, do whatever you're most comfortable with. If wearing something on your wrist bothers you, then don't do it.

What are you talking about?

He talks about it in one of my threads regularly.
:th
The wink face did not help. Regardless of it being public, writing about it like that just sounds creepy.
Also doesn't make you any more of an expert than the rest of us.

Garmin Vivofit tracks sleep and you can sync it online with Garmin Connect website where the readout looks like this:
