Slipped chicks under broody hen and they haven't ate

Hello
My cochin hen adopted three little chicks earlier today and they still haven't ate or drank water. They are just staying under her. Should I be worried??? Or does momma hen know what she is doing. When I purchased them they were eating and drinking at the store. Thanks in advance for your help.

I wouldn't worry too much. Broody hens are usually pretty good as long as they don't eat the babies! Chicks learn from what they see momma hen do and will eventually get hungry and eat or drink and the babies will see and try it out to. If nothing else dip their beaks in the water so they know where the water is.
