Small egg in yard???

Snowy owls
Eggs measure 2.2 x 1.8 inches. In a clutch of seven eggs, each weighed about 1.6 ounces. The mass of all the eggs in the nest is equivalent to 25–43 percent of the female’s body mass—a significant physiological achievement that is exceptional for large owls and large raptors in general.

Idk if its from our birds, because its so small. If its a reptile egg, why is there not more, and how would you incubate it?
Definitely not from any domestic type birds.
I would assume that the nest got dug up and destroyed and that one was either carried away and dropped or thrown during the digging process. That happens all the time when raccoons dig up turtle nests.
If it's a reptile egg you would usually put it in a damp soil mixture, and put it someplace warm. It needs to be kept moist though. I'm guessing you have cold temps there. Nothing else would be laying this kind of year.
Snowy owls nest in the arctic tundra usually in late spring.

Alright everyone! I have decided to incubate it. I am going to treat it as if it was a duck egg, with the temps and humidity. I will keep you updated! Wish me luck! :D 🤞
It's definitely not a duck egg so I wouldn't incubate it like one. I'm really thinking it's a reptile egg especially because you're in Washington.
