This is my story.Mockingbirds keep eating my tomatoes .Bought this netting maybe size of 1/2hardware cloth but its plastic soft and flexible .Bought at TSC (DuPont GreenVista products) Says it keeps pest and Deer out of plants.Anyway I draped it over my tomatoes Plants .Kept birds off and guess what ,I had 16 plants and the side benifit I caught 5 chicken snakes and 2 copperheads .The seem to push there head through the netting and then get all wrapped up in it.After tomatoes died back I pulled off netting piled it next to shed.Heck I think I caught 2 more snakes.Gave some of the netting to a friends wife that had bird problemwith her tomatoes didn't tell them about snake part.Few weeks later ran into them some place and she said man I've caught 3or4 snakes in it.We had a goodLOL.Might be worth a try...cva34
