Ivermectin won't interfere with the fenbendazole... your choice if you just want to start them on that... 5 consecutive days for the most types of worms...

Okay, that explains a lot. What weight did she guess (this will help me figure out her dosing scheme)?

Tylan 50 and Tylan 200 are supposed to be given to birds 2-4 times a day, not once a day, and the *oral* dose is 50 mg per pound per day, and the injectable dose is similar. Problem is the injectable can cause severe injection site necrosis, which I have seen, so I will not give it by injection again, I will give it orally.
