What about getting water in his nose unprepared

If all he aspirated was a little water, then he might be about to cough some out and absorb the rest. We really need to see some pictures of video.

He's on dry hay, away from the others in a separate cage, and in an insulated coop. Is that fine?

He's really lethargic though. He's just like a block of wood. Can do anything with him.
