If you crack the egg into the water..that's called poaching

and I wasnt ewwwing at the mixing of the egg into something else cause I like to mix mine into hashbrowns

Sheer heresy!!! How can you not like grits!!! LOL I had an exchange student here from Ecuador and she HATED chicken and dumplings...thought they were tasteless.
