Someone has listed my house for sale......???

Give us the link to the ad and we'll all flag it for you...

If you send an email to [email protected] and include the listing, tell them what's up, that will get to them faster.

I have sent them 2 emails, once yesterday and one today. They haven't responded or fixed it. Plus I have flagged it repeatedly and nothing.

It has to be flagged from a few different ISP's , you wont be able to get it removed if you are flagging from the same ISP every time.

Post it here or pm it to a few of us to flag...

Good luck, I remember your nightmare with those neighbors before... they just can't let it go...

Good luck!

Well, 2 emails to CL Abuse, and numerous flags haven't gotten it removed. I don't really want to post the ad on here because not only does it have my address and details of the house, but a google map that can get anyone here!

This is just beyond crazy. Remember, these people couldn't make it to closing, because they were trying to remove all the appliances!

Not sure what else to do, you know? I've debated contacting the people we got the house from, but I really don't care if I ever speak to them again. It was not a nice deal.

Talk to your state's real estate department. This is a scam. They collect the down payment and leave the buyers hanging.
Don't wait; do it now. They will be skipping town as soon as they get enough suckers on the line.

There is an FBI internet enforcement site. I am borrowing a friend's computer right now so I don't have time to search for it to give it to you here. But, I have used it numerous times and it gets action and FAST.

The first two times I have used it, my local police have called me in less than an hour. One time, I had a woman from eBay sending me harrassing emails and they contacted her that night. She was scared straight.

I hope they will be as effective for you! If I get my internet back soon, I will see if I can find the link for you.

I'm sure that there are numerous violations for listing your house for sale if they are not the rightful owner.

There is also your attorney general's office.

Oooh yes! As soon as you get the site, let me know. I am surprised that Craigslist still has it listed, even after the emails and the flagging. If I was trying to sell a dog on there, I'm sure I'd be removed by now! LOL!
