Someone please explain this

That silkie is a hen.

I have many rooster's I'd just give you ;)

By the age your hen is now, she'd have very obvious hackle/saddle feathers. And ignore the spur thing. All birds have spur bumps. Roosters will start developing spurs later in life. Long after you know he is a he.

Here is an example of a young rooster I have. He was born very early June, so is 6 months old. He is not crowing yet, and his sisters have not started to lay, but you can see a very notable difference in the neck region. His hackle feathers are long.

His crest has little streamers coming out the back - another sign it's a he. Comb is not huge, but is bigger than my girls.

Here is one of his older sisters. She was born early May, so she is 7 months old. Not laying yet, but definitely a girl. I knew she was a she at a very early age.

Picture showing Milton's comb. Hehee.. he's so mad about the snow.

ill definitely look at that here in a mun. Its raining right now but i definitely need a roo.
I can't give you a rooster, as I'm in a different country. Should have stated that. I'm sure there are plenty of people that have roosters that they just can't keep and want a good home for him. I'd look into that.
